It's true.

As you can see from my first photo "Good things come to those who stitch. This little chart was sent to me my my best friend June in England and I could not wait to stitch it. It took longer than I wanted to stitch but I have come down with a nasty throat infection and cough. The coughing was so bad my throat bleed. You have no energy to do anything and you feel worse. I spent almost two weeks home sick and a dog and not wanting to do anything but sleep in a warm bed and try to stop coughing. My poor hubby had a time trying to see to my needs because I had no voice and he had to try and lip read.Something he is not good at. Now I am feeling somewhat better. Went to work yesterday which was not a bad day because we did allot of driving in the country to check up on jobs that where suppose to be done and we watched the hydro guys cut up a big tree which had blown down over some wires. It was a pleasant day. Today we went to work but where not needed so we came home. It's a good thing we did not have to work outside today because it is colder than yesterday and it is blowing with some snow and rain. Glad to be inside and not standing on the road trying to stay warm and hold a sign at the same time.

I finished a couple of other items that I will show you and then I am off to make a tea and relax with some stitching.
What do you think of my bunny with some crochet around it.
This is the back.  I finally finished #9 and still have 10,11 and 12 to do. They will get done before year's end.
I have January done, started on February and have printed the chart for March. They too will get done as soon as I feel better.
One more treasure to show you. I got the chart from Sub Rosa. Also got one that says For My Daughter, haven't started that one yet but I have two daughters and one's birthday is in April so I had better get a move on.
I love how this chart has pastel colours which are my favorite colours, I guess being born in Winter, I ten to like soft colours of Spring and Autumn with it's oranges, reds and golds.

Thank you all for coming. I will be back hopefully before March is over with some mores stitching. Take care and have a save and happy week. hugs Lynda Ruth
