MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL.

I can't believe that this year has gone by so quickly, just yesterday it was January and now it's two weeks until Christmas and then the New Year 2015, the year of the Sheep. I guess horses run fast so that's why this year of the Horse went so quickly. You can't keep a good horse from running fast and free.

I am working on a advent calendar with Carol from IStitch and this is what I have done so far. It is going up until the 24th of December and I stitch each new day at night while watching Christmas movies on TV. But first I want to show you my Christmas tree.

Not many presents under the tree yet, but they will come when I get a chance to buy some for my hubby and the kitties. I have allot of my stitching on the tree and I did manage to finish Merry Christmas to go along side of the lovely Noel that Angela sent me.

This is my work so far on the advent calendar with Carol. Having lots of fun doing this.

Here is the Merry Christmas that I did. I do not know how to do flats so I made a pillow out of it,
what do you think? I like it as a pillow. Next year I will have to find out how to do flat's so I can do some for my 2015 tree. Anyone know of any good
places to find information on how to do them.

I want to do this girl from Little House Needleworks before the end of December and I have collected all of them for the year so I want to do one for each month, I will stitch them and after I will finish them.

I will put them in a basket and leave on my coffee table so I see them and get to work finishing each one as the months roll by. Hopefully not as fast as it did this year.

Right now I am working on January flip it from Lizzie Kate  and I am going to do all of them too, I have all but 4 charts which my local craft shop is getting for me. I will finish them in pillows and put in a basket. They all have little buttons or charms to go on them.

This is the round robin stitching that my sis June in England did for me. I have it hanging on my tree and will finish it after Christmas when I decide what to do with it. But for now it has a place on my tree.

Now I would like to wish everyone a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New 2015 Year.

I thank you all for making my first year blogging so much fun and thank you all for all your wonderful comments. And a special thanks to my Sis June who told me that I could do this and a special thanks too to Maggee for all her help in getting me started. I probably would not have done this if these nice ladies had not given me a hand.

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL AND TO ALL A GOOD LIFE. HAPPY NEW 2015 YEAR.

Thanks everyone for commenting on who I can use to make flat boards and other stuff. Your the greatest ladies. thanks again. xxxx lynda ruth
