It's Back (Snow that is.)

Can you believe we got 2 feet of snow today in this stupid snow storm we just had and it is almost 7 p.m. and it is still snowing outside. It took two times using the tractor to get the driveway cleaned.

This is first thing this morning, Dave trying to clean the driveway so we could get to work. The plow hadn't even gone down our road. It never showed up until 4 p.m. this afternoon. This is the best photo I could get in the dark with my camera.

This is what we came home to, the car is at the bottom of the driveway.

Dave is now heading out to the garage to get into the tractor and start blowing all this lovely snow.ha ha joke

See it's still snowing.

Here he comes.

See here is the car. That's as far as we could get.

Can you find my little trees. They are there under all the new snow. We had green grass showing yesterday with no snow.

I don't know how much snow we will have tomorrow, and I do hope we can get out without having to plow more snow but I think since it is still snowing, Dave will have to get the tractor out and do some. Hope you all have a safe warm night. hugs. I am off to do some stitching and will show you next blog what I have been doing.xxx

Just wanted to add something at the end of this post. I received some very lovely gifts from June this week for my Birthday on the 5th of January.I am happy to have receive these lovely gifts but angry at the postal service for their lack of proper care in transporting my parcel from England to Canada and I would love to know who damaged my parcel. It seems it was ripped open and all the gifts but one the lovely thumble stitching where torn open and it ruined my getting to open them my self. If I send in a complaint to the post office I have to surrender my gifts and packaging and Lord knows when I would get them back so I am not complaining to them, I emailed June and she thinks everything arrived so I will be happy to let this matter go but hope it dose not happen again. I do send allot of parcels to my friends and hope on not having this happen to them.  I just wanted to get this off my chest and hope that no one else has this happen to them.

I hope everyone has a great weekend. hugs Lynda Ruth.

Great time to do stitching, I would be glued to the window all the time watching the snow fall and get no stitching done! Ha ha I would love snow like that here, no chance really as southern England only ever gets a dusting if we are lucky!

  11. We were having a snow storm last Friday, 20" were the result. Not exactly as much as you had but way too much for my taste. Good for you to have that tractor.

  12. Such a lot of snow. It must be very wearying and hard to go out to work. I haven't been in snow so don't really know what it's like, your pictures speak volumes. Happy stitching and keep safe.
