It's the most wonderful time of the year.

I got my tree up and decorated with lots of new stitched  ornaments. I have ornaments on the tree that I did and lots that I have recieved this year. I just recieved another ornament in the mail today from Shirlee Hill. I love what she sent me, so dainty and it has a special place on my tree.

Isn't this the prettiest ornament you have ever seen, Shirlee you do have great talent. I will treasure it always, and below is the rest of the goodies Shirlee sent me,  a chart from By the Bay, some acrylic wool that I can use because I have an allergy to real wool, and some lovely teas.(which I am dying to try)

And the most wonderful Christmas card.

This is how far I have come on the Christmas Stitching that I am doing with Carol from  I-Stitch. This is  right up to and including today's work. I can't wait to finish and make a pillow out of it and have it under the tree so all can see it.

I have lots done on January and I just started to work on December's Girl.
I only have alittle on her arm started, I had a migraine for two days so I got behind in doing the stitching for Carol's and had to catch up first before going on to these other two. The weather here has played havic with my head.  Pressure from the rain and snow storms gives me migraines and I hate them but I have to wait until I feel better before I can stitch. I do feel better now that the storms have passed.

My daughter always sends me my birthday gifts with my Christmas gifts because my birthday is the 5th of January, so I have lots of gifts to open.

This is the butterfly that June gave me for Christmas and I just wanted to show you all how beautiful it is. Thanks June.

This is all I have to show for now, I hope to be able to finish a couple of stitchings and show you before the end of the year.  I hope everyone is having a nice day. Thanks for coming bye to see me and I love all your comments here on my blog and I recieve them on my email as well. Thanks for all my new followers for coming to see what I have to show. Until next time take care hugs Lynda Ruth

  2. Lovely ornament from Shirlee, your tree is so pretty. I can get some wicked Cluster Migraines from the same type of weather, I have learnt to stitch through the pain. When I have a "flare up" of my clusters it can last for weeks at a time. Lovely projects.
